From running on a minimal amount of sleep before exams and binge eating junk to compensate for cramming, to maintaining a very respectable sleep cycle (most of the year at least), and diet- this one thanks to her parents, it is safe to say that Shruti has been on both ends of the spectrum and truly understands the importance of a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle for both physical and mental wellness. Something of a multitasker herself, she also realizes the practicality of lifestyle changes, and being a second-year med student only helps her understand this phenomenon better. In her free time, Shruti likes listening to music, reading books, sharing cat memes, and subjecting her friends to rants about the minutest change to her lifestyle on the unhealthier side of the spectrum.
