Grind a few neem leaves to make a fine paste using mortar and pestle. Put it at the back of your throat and swallow it. Have it when empty stomach and do not eat or drink anything for an hour. Neem is surely one of the best Ayurvedic Herbs to Boost Your Immunity.

If you are an indolent person, just like me, then what else can you do to ease the consumption?

What I do is- instead of making a paste, I simply chew a few neem leaves, first thing in the morning. At once, no doubt they taste bitter but after a day or two they would taste fine.
